I recently attended a family gathering for afternoon tea and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful billiard room we were seated in. It provided the perfect atmosphere for the children to play while the adults enjoyed an excellent selection of sandwiches and cakes. The staff were extremely accommodating, especially with the menu adjustments for the little ones. The variety of treats, including good fruit jellies, added to our positive experience. Overall, a lovely way to spend an afternoon!

During my stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious room that was perfectly suited for my needs. The full walk-in wet room made my experience very comfortable. Even though there was a minor issue with the shower pressure, it didn't overshadow the overall quality of the room. It was large, well-appointed, and clean, setting the tone for a great stay!

Our organization held a charity event at the hotel, and I was truly impressed with how efficiently everything was managed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our requirements were met, accommodating last-minute changes with ease. The venue itself was stunning, with ample space for our activities, making it an ideal choice for large gatherings.

The parking situation at the hotel was quite advantageous. Upon check-in, I was permitted to park near the entrance, which was a huge relief given my mobility concerns. It made the arrival process so much easier and set a positive tone for my entire stay. Plus, the area felt secure and well supervised, giving me peace of mind.
